Hand / Forearm Treatment
Hold your Right palm in front of your face,
With your Left hand fingers, grasp the muscles of the Right forearm on the thumb side just below the elbow,
Push the fingertips firmly into the muscle and hold still,
Move the Right fingers, hand, and wrist in all directions.
You may notice tenderness and pain in the Right arm muscles.
This indicates that they need stretching and possibly treating.
