Shoulder Stretch with Strap

Opening the shoulders with strap in hands:

 

Parallel grip:

Any piece of fabric will do.
Hold it in front of you parallel to the floor with both hands shoulder width apart.
Bring your shoulder blades together and down.
Raise both arms above your head.
Reach backwards gently.
Repeat as desired.

 

Wide grip:

Widen your grip to beyond shoulder width.
Bring your shoulder blades together and down.
Bring the arms up over your head.
Reach backwards gently.
Repeat as desired.
