Trunk Stretch- Knees to Chest

 

Knees to chest, assist with hands.

Lie face-up.
Bring your bent knees towards your chest as far as you can,
Engage your abdomen to assist,
Hold onto your knees, pulling them further toward your chest,
Lift your tailbone and hold.


Repeat as desired.
