Up + Down facing dog

 

Stretches the back side of the body.

Curl your toes under, 

Lift your hips toward the ceiling,

Straighten your back, rise up on your toes, push your heels toward the ground.

Press the hands into the floor.

Let the head drop towards the floor.

Repeat as desired.

Cross one leg over the other knee and roll to one side, then the other.

Switch legs.

Repeat as desired.
