Lower Trunk Twist


Lie face-up on the floor, a mat or carpet, 

Stretch your arms out to the side, at right angles to the body.

Slide your feet toward your hips, bending your knees at right angles.

Roll your knees to one side onto the floor for a few seconds, turning your head the other way.

Then roll your knees to the other side and turn your head the other way for a few seconds.

Repeat as desired.

Cross one leg over the other knee and roll to one side, then the other.

Switch legs.

Repeat as desired.
