Spine - Child's Pose


Stretches back, front of thigh, top of feet.


Sit back on your heels, reach your arms out in front of you along the floor, letting your head rest on the floor.

Keep the elbows straight.

Relax into it, and breathe.

Walk your fingers all the way to one side and hold,

Then walk them to the other side and hold.

Repeat as desired.
