Standing Overhead Stretch
For stretching trunk.
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Put your hands overhead,
Interlace the fingers, palms down, and reach upwards,
Relaxing your reach, turn the interlaced fingers over so that palms are up.
Pull your shoulder blades together and down towards your hips.
Reach hands straight upwards and hold for a few seconds.
Then reach over to each side a few times.
Then rotate your whole torso from feet to hands, to the left and then to the right.
Fine tuning: When rotated to one side, also tilt over to that side.
